March:The management team will meet with the T/TA Specialist to begin the next year training plan.

April:The management team will review and establish their individual service area training timelines, training materials and resources.

The Executive Director will provide the Policy Council and Governing Board with information and training regarding the agency training plan.

May:The Executive Director will review proposed training plan with the T/TA Specialist.

June:The Executive Director will review the current PY training plan with management staff.• Review T/TA Budget• Review and evaluate completed training evaluations by staff• Review timelines for adjustment• Discuss other training options not needing funding• Identify and plan for new training needs

July:The Executive Director will provide the Policy Council and Governing Board with the proposed training plan for their discussion and input.

August:The Executive Director will provide the Policy Council and Governing Board with the proposed training plan for their approval/disapproval along with the agency grant application.

The Executive Director and management team will implement the T/TA plan.
