HEADSTART

The Creative Curriculum for Preschool is the curriculum we use for Head Start children (3-5 years old).  The Creative Curriculum for Preschool is a research-based curriculum that focuses on exploration and discovery as a way of learning, helping children to develop confidence, curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking skills.  Teachers use the Creative Curriculum to plan in-depth studies and daily activities that promote playful and engaging experiences.

Ready Rosie is a Parenting Curriculum that can be used for parents that best fits their time frame.  Parents receive an email or text  weekly that contains 1 to 2 pre-selected videos that the teachers select individually for each child.  Teachers select videos based on each child’s educational needs.  The videos range from fine motor, gross motor, math, literacy, and many more areas that the families can work with their child at home.  The parents are their child’s first teacher.
